What are your opening hours?

We’re open Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, and Saturday 9am–2pm. Closed Sundays.

Yes—within Downham Market and surrounding areas. Our fully insured collect & return service ensures your vehicle is safe and convenient throughout the entire valeting process

Do you offer mobile valeting?

Yes — we come to your home or workplace in Downham Market, King’s Lynn, Wisbech, Feltwell, Marham, Littleport, March, and nearby villages.

What do I need to provide for a mobile valet?

A safe parking space, plus access to water and power.

What if the weather is looking bad for my mobile valet?

If conditions are unsuitable, we’ll reschedule your mobile valet to the next available slot at no extra cost.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book instantly through our online booking calendar on the website to select your preferred date, time, and package—then you’ll receive an email confirmation and text with all the details. If you prefer, feel free to WhatsApp us anytime on 07802 616694 to arrange your booking directly.

What size is my vehicle?

Can I leave my car with you overnight?

Yes—if your preferred appointment slot is unavailable or you need extra time, you’re welcome to drop your vehicle off the evening before. We’ll keep it safe and ready for your earliest slot the next morning.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept bank transfers. Full payment is due on completion of the service.

Can I watch while you work?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a safe viewing area on-site at our premises, so we’re unable to accommodate spectators during the valeting process. Rest assured, your vehicle is in expert hands and will be ready for you as soon as it’s complete.

What happens if my car is heavily soiled?

For vehicles with excessive mud, stains, or adverse conditions, additional charges may apply to cover the extra time and materials needed. We’ll always let you know upfront if any extra fees are required.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking online at least two weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (spring, summer, and pre-holiday). However, we’ll always try to fit you in if you need a last-minute slot.

Do you offer gift vouchers or certificates?

Yes—we can provide gift vouchers for any of our packages, in custom amounts. They’re perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions. Just get in touch to order.
